November is a time to reflect on things for which we are thankful. One thing East Tennessee Pharmacy Services is thankful for is our delivery department and our wonderful group of drivers. Our delivery drivers play a vital role in customer service, often having more face-to-face interaction with our customers than any other member of our team! They are always willing to lend a hand in delivering STAT medication or fixing medication cart problems. Also, they are always willing to share a few laughs or a kind word with our facility staff. Our drivers are on the road at all hours to ensure our communities and residents have the medications they need.
ETPS is committed to ensuring uninterrupted, safe service throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Our drivers wear personal protective equipment, follow strict sanitization protocol when handling and delivering medication, and drop deliveries at the door of our communities, both for their own safety and the safety of our communities and residents.
