East Tennessee Pharmacy Services would like to welcome Jennifer Cleveland to our team. Jennifer is joining our pharmacy as a pharmacist.
Jennifer graduated from UT Knoxville with degrees in Spanish and international business. After graduation, she worked as a translator for a pharmacist who served many Spanish speaking patients. Her love for the pharmacy industry grew in that position, as she saw the impact pharmacists can have on patients. Shortly after her pharmacy translator job, she went back to school to pursue pharmacy and graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.
From there, Jennifer worked at a major retail chain and traveled between the Tricities, Knoxville and Chattanooga as a pharmacist. She eventually started her own store where she had a major impact on the care of her patients and the community. Her passion for patient care and counseling of senior patients sparked her interest in long-term care.
We are excited to have her join the ETPS team and look forward to her expertise in enhancing the communication between nursing staffs, prescribers and facility residents.
